Interview with Tiziana Sabbatucci, The RE/MAX Collection Crystal, Rome.
A successful entrepreneur, who has found her own philosophy of life in The RE/MAX Collection brand. From high fashion to prestigious real estate, the step is short.
Tiziana tell us how your career began.
I am a determined, courageous and daring woman. My background is in the world of haute couture, innovation, made in Italy and tailoring. For 27 years I successfully ran the family business, with my own fashion line. Following the relocation of production by the big brands and the consequent massive investments that had to be made to keep up with the change, I realised that the time had come for a turning point.
I redeveloped the area where the family business stood, obtaining eight flats, the marketing of which I managed directly. I took care of every detail, presenting them as if they were models ready to walk the catwalk. The attraction to the world of real estate was immediate, and the thunderbolt for RE/MAX dazzling. I found a brand with a philosophy that was consistent with my mentality, international and free, with no territorial limits, with great interaction with colleagues, and with immense tools and opportunities for development. The idea of having a company behind you that supports your growth is certainly reassuring.
On the top podium among agents in Italy for achievements in 2023. The secret of your success?
Certainly my previous managerial experience has been a great help to me, for its commercial aspects and therefore the ability to manage marketing, later translated into real personal branding.
For me, pre-qualifying the customer, actively listening to understand their true needs, whether they are private individuals or entrepreneurs, is fundamental.
I work first and foremost to generate trust, with which I achieve excellent results.

What made the difference in achieving these extraordinary results, considering your young professional age in the sector?
The dedicated RE/MAX University school, with its broad training offer, proved fundamental for someone like me who was approaching the sector as a neophyte. Subsequently I felt the need to make a further leap in quality, deciding to move to RE/MAX’s Luxury Division, the one reserved for prestigious properties, The RE/MAX Collection, and here a world opened up. I learnt how to dialogue effectively with wealthy clients, using the appropriate marketing tools. Like a representative office, The Collection LUXURY LIFESTYLE MAGAZINE, the magazine specialising in Luxury and Lifestyle, designed for an exclusive and select audience, where we don’t just talk about real estate, distributed on newsstands throughout Italy, in airports and VIP lounges, in leading Golf Clubs and in numerous luxury resorts. What is your opinion about artificial intelligence in real estate?
Digitisation and AI are very supportive in the luxury real estate market at this moment in time, but one has to be very careful when putting it into practice. Certainly the most common uses for this are in property promotion and enhancement. But behind it there is always the professional who generates trust and has listening skills.
A lesson you would like to share with readers?
The real luxury is not in the object, but in how you work that object regardless of its nature. If you learn this your working life changes totally, with surprising results. There is no limit to growth. I remember, as soon as I joined RE/MAX, attending my first national convention where all the awards were presented, I said to myself ‘One day I too want to be number one’. Today, I have succeeded, what a great satisfaction.
